Michael’s specific experience includes leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements and other transaction-related services for private equities, strategic investors etc.
He also has experience performing carve-outs, modelling, post-merger integration projects, corporate valuations, purchase price allocations, economic feasibility studies, initial public offerings and controllership services to public and private companies.
In addition, Mr. Halin is has experience in economic opinions for use in court litigation, including assessment of economic damages, historical accounting as part of prolonged disputes and assessing costing projects for Government-owned entities
